A Singapore tech company combining software expertise with consumer electronics manufacturing.
Incorporated in December 2016, HABY PTE. LTD. operates at the intersection of digital and physical technology. Our work spans custom software development for businesses and the design and manufacture of consumer electronics — two disciplines that, together, allow us to deliver fully integrated products rather than fragmented solutions.
From our base in Singapore, we serve clients who need more than a vendor — they need a partner that can move from idea to working software and shipping hardware without crossing organisational boundaries. Every project is anchored in the same engineering rigour: clear architecture, measured execution, and long-term maintainability.
We remain a privately held, ACRA-verified entity, governed by the standards of the Singapore corporate framework — and committed to the technical depth that this market expects.
How we work
From a one-line brief to a shipping product — in four phases.
Every engagement runs the same disciplined pipeline. Phases are sequential, deliverables are concrete, and decisions are made before the next phase begins.
Discovery
Workshop with stakeholders, technical scoping, regulatory landscape, BOM feasibility, and a fixed-scope statement of work.
2–3 weeksDesign
Industrial design, UI/UX flows, system architecture, schematic capture, and a working prototype validated against the brief.
4–8 weeksEngineering
Production-grade firmware, mobile and cloud builds, PCB layout, mechanical CAD, and an EVT/DVT hardware revision.
8–16 weeksProduction
Pilot run, certification (CE, FCC, IMDA), DFM tuning with our Shenzhen EMS partners, store launch, and post-launch support.

Incorporated in Singapore
HABY PTE. LTD. registered with ACRA in Singapore. Initial focus: bespoke software development for Singapore SMEs.
2018
First connected-device project
Engaged on an end-to-end IoT product for a regional client — firmware, cloud, and a companion mobile app — establishing the integrated practice that defines us today.
2020
Hardware practice formalised
Added Manufacture of Consumer Electronics as a registered secondary activity. Brought PCB and mechanical engineering capabilities in-house.
2022
Shenzhen EMS partnerships
Established long-term agreements with two Shenzhen-based EMS partners, enabling small-batch and mid-volume production runs for our clients.
2024
Beacon Studio platform launch
Released our first commercial software platform — Beacon Studio — for managing fleets of connected devices, now used in production by clients across the region.

Do you take on software-only or hardware-only projects?+
Yes. While our differentiator is integrated software-and-hardware delivery, a meaningful share of our work is software-only — mobile applications, cloud platforms, and bespoke web systems. Hardware-only engagements are accepted when the brief includes downstream software stewardship by another team.
What is the typical engagement size and timeline?+
Discovery engagements start at four weeks. Full software builds typically run twelve to twenty weeks. End-to-end hardware-and-software programs run twenty-four to forty weeks from kickoff to certified pilot units, depending on regulatory scope.
Where is the manufacturing carried out?+
Engineering, design, and prototyping are based in Singapore. Volume manufacturing is executed through our Shenzhen-based EMS partners under our quality oversight. Pilot runs and engineering samples can be assembled in Singapore.
Who owns the IP we develop together?+
By default, the client owns all foreground IP — schematics, mechanical CAD, source code, firmware, and brand assets developed under the engagement. HABY retains rights to background IP, reusable libraries, and internal tooling brought into the project.
Do you build mobile applications for Google Play and the App Store?+
Yes. We deliver native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications, as well as cross-platform builds where the brief calls for it. This includes Play Store and App Store submission, Data Safety / privacy declarations, and post-launch updates.
